Lightwave Dental, a leading management services partner for high-quality dentists in the mid-Atlantic region, announced that affiliates of Lindsay Goldberg, a leading private investment firm that focuses on partnering with families, founders, and management teams, have completed a majority investment in Lightwave in partnership with Lightwave Founder and CEO, Justin Jory. Lightwave is a high-growth company building the group model for the future of dentistry as the industry’s first Dental Leadership Organization (DLO). TripleTree acted as exclusive financial advisor to Lindsay Goldberg for this transaction.
