Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a leading private investment firm focused on investing in market-leading companies, has acquired Miami Beach Medical Group, a leading provider of primary care, specialty care and ancillary services to Medicare Advantage plan members in South Florida, from Gauge Capital. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
